Does OWN ship internationally?

Not at this time. We only ship in the USA.

My order is delayed/never arrived. Who do I contact?

We ask that you allow 2 business days for your parcel to arrive. If you are still having issues, please email us at support@ownvitamin.com or call/text (516) 614 4244. We will be happy to assist you.

How can I cancel my order?

Due to the customization required for each order, we are unable to cancel orders that have been confirmed with an order number and are already in preparation.

However we always want to address any issues or concerns you have. Please email us at support@ownvitamin.com or call/text (516) 614 4244.

It is best to make any changes to your subscription order 1-2 business days ahead of your renewal date.

How do I delay or skip a month?

Please login here. You can make these changes to your account at any time. However, we ask that you update your information at least 2 days before your renewal. We unfortunately cannot change an order once you have an order number.

Where are your products manufactured?

OWN vitamins are manufactured in USA in cGMP certified facilities under the strict guidelines issued by the FDA.

What is a complete daily vitamin?

Do OWN’s complete daily vitamins use GMOs?

No, our complete daily vitamins are certified free of GMOs.

When should I take my complete daily vitamin?

Morning or night with or without food. It is more important to establish a routine you can stick to than a specified time.
