Cancellations and Returns

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations or returns once an order is processed. If you like to cancel an order before it is processed, contact us at support@ownvitamin.com as soon as possible and we will void the transaction and reverse any charges if the order has not yet been processed.  

When contacting us about a cancelling an order, remember that cancellations are processed only on business days and it can take 48 hours for any refund to be applied. If you’re your order was cancelled before it was processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at support@ownvitamin.com if the item is damaged or if you believe you received the wrong item. We will work hard to correct the situation.
